Returns & refunds
Returns can be made by submitting a return request to hello@thenorthcoal.com. Please send an email with your name, order number and the reason for requesting a return. All items must be unused and in good condition.
Shipping & Taxes
Shipping fees & taxes are subject to geographic location and will be calculated at check out. Tax rate is 13% as per provincial requirements.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and use a secure system STRIPE to process payments.
Warranties
No warranties will be applied to any purchasable items. If product offers a warranty through the parent company, any applications must be submitted through the parent company.

Packaging
Gift wrapping only applies to orders placed from November 1st – December 10th.
